Job Scope
The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing customer-facing technical projects related to data centers, network infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery, and information & cyber security. The role covers the full project lifecycle, including planning, resource coordination, budget control, risk management, and performance measurement.
You will act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Operations Responsibilities
Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer projects according to signed agreements
Ensure all projects are completed within approved timeframes, scope, quality standards, and budgets
Define project goals, success criteria, and technical requirements with relevant stakeholders
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using established control methods
Track project performance and manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and prepare progress reports
Develop, monitor, and manage project timelines and interdependencies
Create and maintain detailed and accurate project documentation
Talent Development & Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and coach project team members to promote ownership and accountability
Support capability development and ensure continuity through effective succession planning
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training and development needs
Oversee individual development plans aligned with organizational objectives
Position Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience Requirements
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT project management
Strong exposure to infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT projects
Experience handling customer-facing projects and multi-disciplinary teams
Key Skills
