Role Summary
As the Program Manager – Qatar, you will take full ownership of C3’s programs in Qatar and serve as the organization’s local ecosystem representative. This is a practical, execution-focused leadership role where you will manage program delivery from start to finish while building strong relationships across the startup ecosystem.
You will play a key role in shaping how entrepreneurship programs are delivered and experienced in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of startup, entrepreneurship, and innovation programs in Qatar
Ensure all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong measurable outcomes
Build and manage relationships with founders, mentors, partners, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders
Represent C3 at startup events, ecosystem gatherings, and key industry forums in Qatar
Act as C3’s local ecosystem lead, strengthening partnerships and visibility
Track program performance, analyze results, and prepare clear reports on outcomes
Continuously improve program design, delivery processes, and participant experience
Required Experience and Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, innovation, startups, or ecosystem development
Proven background in delivering structured programs or initiatives from planning to execution
Skills & Competencies
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
Confident in representing an organization externally and engaging senior partners
Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Language Requirements
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Arabic language skills are strongly preferred
