Touq Readymix Industries, a leading construction materials company in the UAE, is looking for a senior accountant to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time role designed for candidates with 10+ years of industry-specific expertise who can manage complex financial operations across batching plants and fleet systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle including daily transactions, monthly closings, and financial reporting.
- Oversee batching plant cost control, production reconciliation, and fleet expense tracking.
- Prepare VAT returns, support audits, and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Supervise accounting staff and enforce strong internal controls.
- Generate management and performance reports using OXIVE SOLUTIONS ERP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the readymix industry (mandatory requirement)
- Strong working knowledge of OXIVE SOLUTIONS ERP and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities
Day-to-Day Activities
As a Senisenior accountant,r daily routine will include:
- Reviewing financial entries and ensuring accuracy in plant and fleet records
- Coordinating with operations teams to reconcile production and expenses
- Preparing detailed reports for management to support decision-making
- Monitoring cash flow and ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors
- Guiding junior accountants and maintaining compliance with internal policies
