About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of multiple group companies. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, strong technical expertise, and the ability to guide teams toward achieving financial excellence.
As Finance Director, you will be responsible for financial planning, compliance with IFRS and Qatari tax regulations, and ensuring the group’s financial health through effective cash flow management and banking relationships. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring the finance team, leading audits, and safeguarding company assets.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and cash flow management.
Accounts Oversight: Approve accounts payable/receivable, financial reports, and reconciliations.
Audit Leadership: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Qatari tax laws.
Banking & Controls: Manage banking facilities, financial controls, and risk management frameworks.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a finance leader with a proven track record in managing complex financial operations and driving organizational success.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly preferred.
15–20 years of experience in finance, with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong expertise in IFRS, Qatari tax regulations, audits, and ERP systems.
Exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision‑making ability.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
