Role Objective
The Lead will serve as the focal point for performance management and business intelligence across Gulf Helicopters, ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and operational execution. This role involves designing enterprise-wide KPI frameworks, implementing BI tools, and delivering actionable insights to leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement enterprise-wide performance management frameworks.
Define, cascade, and monitor KPIs across departments.
Design and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) for real-time performance tracking.
Conduct quarterly performance reviews with department heads.
Provide data-driven insights to support corrective action planning.
Ensure compliance with HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Quality) standards.
Promote continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
Prepare accurate reports and statements for management and regulatory bodies.
Act as the key liaison with internal leadership and external stakeholders (QCAA, EASA, FAA, contractors, government entities).
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 12+ years in Business Analytics.
At least 5+ years in a leadership role.
Skills:
KPI framework design and governance.
Advanced dashboard development (Power BI / Tableau).
Strong data quality and integrity management.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strategic alignment of KPIs with organizational goals.
Change management and culture enablement.
