Key Responsibilities
As an FP&A Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Developing and maintaining complex financial models for business performance and investment analysis
- Preparing monthly management reports, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Supporting strategic initiatives, feasibility studies, and business cases
- Monitoring financial performance across real estate, hospitality, and F&B operations
- Improving and streamlining FP&A processes, controls, and reporting systems
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with operational goals
- Leading and mentoring the FP&A team to ensure high performance and accuracy
Required Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this FP&A Manager role in Qatar, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or CFA qualification is a strong advantage
- 5–7 years of FP&A experience, with at least 3–5 years in the GCC region
- Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, hotel, or restaurant sectors is highly preferred
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
