Position Overview
We are currently hiring an experienced Finance Manager (Arabic speaking) to join our team in Sharjah. This is a senior managerial role designed for professionals with a proven track record in manufacturing or industrial environments. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, reporting, compliance, and risk control, while providing strategic insights to support executive decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. Core duties include:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Cost Accounting: Manage product costing, margin analysis, and inventory control for manufacturing operations.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure stability.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Audit & Banking Relations: Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Internal Controls: Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures.
- Strategic Insights: Provide management with actionable financial analysis for decision‑making.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Language: Arabic speaking (mandatory).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 7–10 years in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of costing, inventory management, and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
- Regulatory Knowledge: In‑depth understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax laws.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
