Role Overview

As the Finance Manager, you will oversee and optimize financial operations across all group companies. You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, while also supporting senior leadership with strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial operations across multiple business units.  
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international financial standards.  
• Drive ERP implementation and optimization across group entities.  
• Review monthly and quarterly closings, variance analysis, and performance metrics.

• Provide senior management with strategic financial recommendations and insights.  

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: 

•  Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.  
•  Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, and CMA are a strong advantage.  

Experience: 

•  Minimum 5 years in a finance manager or similar group‑level role.  
•   Proven experience managing financial operations across multi-industry organizations.
