Position: Manager
Location: Dubai
Are you an experienced finance professional looking to advance your career in one of the world’s most dynamic business hubs? A leading company in Dubai is hiring a Manager – Corporate Finance & Treasury, offering an excellent opportunity to take charge of end-to-end financial management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
Dubai continues to attract global investors, multinational corporations, and high-growth companies. As a result, the demand for strategic financial leaders is rising rapidly—especially in corporate finance and treasury functions that directly influence organizational stability and long-term growth. This role is ideal for professionals who can combine analytical thinking, financial discipline, and strong operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
The Manager – Corporate Finance & Treasury will play a pivotal role in managing the company's entire financial ecosystem. One of the primary responsibilities is overseeing cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements to ensure the organization runs smoothly without financial disruptions. This includes monitoring daily cash movements, planning future liquidity needs, and maintaining healthy financial buffers.
The role also involves managing comprehensive treasury operations and controls, including cash pooling, cash sweeping, and foreign exchange (forex) hedging. Since UAE businesses often deal with multi-currency transactions, having a strong command of hedging strategies is essential to protect the company from currency risks.
Additionally, the candidate will handle treasury reporting, ensuring that management receives accurate and timely financial insights. The ability to prepare detailed treasury dashboards, variance reports, and cash forecasts will be crucial.
This position also oversees fund management, covering both operational funding needs and capital investment requirements. The professional must ensure that capital is allocated optimally and that financial resources always align with business priorities.
A key duty is managing excess operating cash to generate optimum interest revenue. This requires strategic decision-making in selecting safe, high-yielding investment opportunities while balancing liquidity and risk.
The candidate will also be responsible for developing, monitoring, and upgrading the treasury department budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient financial planning.
In addition, the role requires handling escrow accounts and bank guarantees and ensuring timely withdrawals once conditions are fulfilled. These are critical in industries like real estate, contracting, and large-scale projects where financial compliance is mandatory.
Since the position is based in Dubai, knowledge of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) regulations is highly beneficial—especially for companies involved in real estate development or property management. Understanding RERA escrow rules, compliance standards, and reporting procedures ensures operations run smoothly without legal complications.
Who Should Apply?
This job is perfect for professionals with strong financial management expertise, advanced treasury knowledge, and leadership capabilities. Candidates with experience in corporate finance, treasury operations, banking, or investment planning will be highly suitable.
