As the organization expands its global digital transformation footprint, Auxis is searching for a dynamic SAP Functional Leader specializing in Finance & Controlling (FICO) to lead international SAP initiatives and steer complex multinational financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Global SAP FICO Leadership

Lead SAP FICO operations across multiple regions and business units.

Ensure alignment with international finance policies, accounting standards, and company-wide objectives.
Strategic Planning & Execution

Build, implement, and monitor a global SAP FICO roadmap.

Drive financial transformation initiatives that support long-term organizational goals.
SAP FICO Configuration & Optimization

Configure SAP FICO modules to meet global and local regulations.

Redesign and optimize financial workflows to improve accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
Project Management Excellence

Lead global SAP FICO projects from planning to execution.

Ensure on-time delivery, budget control, quality assurance, and successful go-lives.
Cross-Functional Integration

Work closely with leaders of other SAP modules, IT infrastructure teams, and finance departments.

Ensure a fully integrated ERP ecosystem supporting end-to-end business operations.
Training & Support

Develop training materials and conduct workshops for global SAP FICO users.

Provide continuous support and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure adherence to global finance regulations and corporate governance frameworks.

Promote best practices in SAP data management, security, and standardization.
Stakeholder Engagement

Communicate with senior leadership, regional controllers, finance managers, and technical teams across multiple global locations.
Required Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field
✔ 7–10+ years of SAP FICO experience (global environment preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of international accounting principles
✔ Hands-on experience managing large SAP projects
✔ Proven success leading multinational teams
✔ Expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Carve-Out Projects, and Financial Calendar Change
