Job Overview
The Junior HR Generalist will support employees across the EMEA region by handling HR queries, maintaining HR systems, managing onboarding, and coordinating with managers and global HR partners. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing tasks independently while working with colleagues from different countries.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to employee questions related to contracts, onboarding, benefits, and HR processes

Maintain HRIS data with accuracy and timely updates for new hires and employee changes

Support global HR programs such as training, engagement, and culture initiatives

Partner with managers and team leads to coordinate HR activities and employee lifecycle events

Assist with country-specific onboarding documentation and initial reviews

Work closely with the payroll team to ensure correct data submission every month

Help employees with benefits enrollment and general HR administrative tasks

Conduct regular audits to ensure HR files and systems meet GDPR and company standards

Identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance HR workflows
Skills & Qualifications

Strong academic track record and willingness to grow in the HR field

Prior HR or People Operations experience is beneficial, especially in tech
