Position: Accounts & Project Coordinator (Female)
Location: Office 20, 2nd Floor, Diet House Bldg, Al Aziziya Street, Doha, Qatar.
As our Accounts & Project Coordinator, you will be the vital link ensuring both financial integrity and project momentum. Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, including:
- Daily Accounting Operations: Handling the day-to-day accounting duties and essential data entry.
- Financial Processing: Managing invoices, payments, and reimbursements with precision.
- Cash Flow and Supplier Management: Overseeing petty cash and managing supplier and customer payments.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with the HR, Admin, and Accounts departments, particularly for costing and documentation.
- Project Oversight: Coordinating project activities, including tracking attendance, managing overtime, and scheduling drivers.
- Documentation and Support: Providing support for invoice delivery and check collection.
Requirements: What You'll Bring to the Team
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in commerce or accounting.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in financial coordination and documentation.
- Project Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Asana is essential.
- Age: Preferably below 35 years old.
- Gender: This role is for a female candidate.
