Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong background in procurement and vendor management? Do you have hands-on experience in the real estate sector and a passion for financial operations? If so, Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate in Qatar is looking for you!
We are seeking a Finance Officer who can manage procurement cycles, financial reporting, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced, property-focused environment. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates currently based in Qatar and available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement operations including sourcing, pricing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order processing
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and facility teams for property-related needs
- Oversee financial aspects of property maintenance, tenant billing, and sales transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar’s financial regulations
- Maintain accurate document control and financial records
- Support logistics, contract management, and administrative functions
- Prepare financial reports, cost analyses, and budget tracking
- Assist with audits, payment processing, and reconciliation tasks
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance, Procurement, Document Control, or Logistics within the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of procurement cycles, vendor negotiation, and contract handling
- Proficient in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID
- Male candidates only
- Must be available to join immediately
