Job Overview
We are hiring a Senior Business Development Officer to lead our corridor development initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating strategic deals, and collaborating with banking partners to enhance remittance flows.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow remittance corridors across target regions
- Build and maintain relationships with international banking partners
- Lead negotiations and structure deals that support corridor expansion
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with operational capabilities
- Monitor corridor performance and implement improvement plans
- Represent Al Ansari Exchange in industry events and partner meetings
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in remittance corridor development
- Proven success in deal negotiation and strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of global remittance markets and banking operations
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Urdu (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
- Experience working with banks to promote remittance services
