About the Role – Business Analyst
SkillCat is seeking a Business Analyst to support growth, marketing, and operational decision-making through insights and structured analysis. This role plays a key part in identifying opportunities, evaluating experiments, and helping teams understand what drives user engagement, conversion, and retention.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with marketing and leadership teams to analyze data from campaigns, audience experiments, and new initiatives. You will help translate numbers into actionable insights and support SkillCat’s expansion into new markets and customer segments.
This is a hands-on role suited for professionals who enjoy working in fast-moving startup environments and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze performance data from marketing campaigns, landing pages, and experiments
Identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities across audience segments
Build simple dashboards, reports, and summaries for stakeholders
Business & Growth Support
Support audience expansion strategies with data-backed recommendations
Evaluate new initiatives, partnerships, and outreach efforts
Assist in validating new growth ideas through structured testing
Reporting & Communication
Present findings clearly to marketing and leadership teams
Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights
Document learnings and contribute to repeatable growth playbooks
Process Improvement
Help improve tracking systems, metrics, and reporting processes
Recommend tools or methods to improve decision-making efficiency
Support automation and AI-driven analysis where applicable

Interest in growth marketing, experimentation, and startups
Familiarity with automation or AI-powered tools is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset or experience working in early-stage companies
