Role Description – Human Resources Expert
As a human resources expert, you will play a critical role in shaping and managing core HR operations while supporting strategic HR initiatives for clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires hands-on expertise, strong analytical thinking, and deep knowledge of labor laws within Qatar and the region.
You will work closely with leadership teams to develop HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and enhance employee engagement across diverse work environments.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Strategy
Manage end-to-end HR functions, including policy development, implementation, and monitoring
Design and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Support talent management initiatives such as workforce planning and succession strategies
Compliance & Labor Law
Ensure full compliance with Qatar labor law and applicable employment regulations
Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, policies, and procedures
Provide expert guidance on employee relations and regulatory matters
Workforce Analytics & Performance
Conduct workforce analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas
Use HR data to support informed decision-making and organizational planning
Contribute to performance management frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
Employee Engagement & Culture
Develop employee engagement programs to improve morale and productivity
Support leadership in building a positive, high-performance workplace culture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in diverse professional environments
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are an added advantage
Experience & Expertise
Proven experience in a senior- or expert-level HR role
Strong background in HR management, policy development, and compliance
Solid understanding of labor and employment laws in Qatar
