Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance, Product, GTM, and Operations teams to lead business reviews and planning cycles.
- Analyze data to uncover trends in engagement, conversion, and growth opportunities.
- Scope and lead strategic programs end‑to‑end, from framework design to execution.
- Summarize organizational performance through reports, newsletters, and updates.
- Drive research and insights to inform long‑term company strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to accelerate scaling initiatives and incubate new programs.
- Design and implement operational systems and processes.
Who You Are
- 7+ years in consulting, strategy & operations, product strategy, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and passion for data‑driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leaders across teams.
- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
Preferred:
- Experience in payments, fintech, or high‑growth tech companies.
- Direct exposure to C‑level executives.
- SQL/data analysis experience.
Remote Work
This role is remote within the United States. You’ll collaborate virtually with teams and may occasionally attend in‑person events or meetings.

Analyzing product and business data to uncover engagement patterns, conversion trends, and growth opportunities.
