Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete accounts payable cycle: invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payments
Maintain accurate vendor records including onboarding, W‑9s, and payment terms
Post journal entries and reconcile AP accounts regularly
Support month‑end close with audit‑ready documentation
Use NetSuite to monitor, report, and improve AP processes
Resolve invoice discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen financial controls
What We’re Looking For
Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
Experience: 2–5 years in accounts payable/accounting (healthcare background is a plus)
Skills & Traits:
NetSuite proficiency
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
