What You’ll Do
As a senior financial analyst, you’ll play a critical role in FP&A and partner with leadership to drive strategic insights. Your responsibilities include:
Maintaining and optimizing financial planning & forecasting models
Performing budget vs. actuals (BvA) variance analysis
Managing expense and headcount planning
Preparing financial charts, presentations, and supporting schedules
Analyzing pipeline, bookings, revenue, and key metrics
Evaluating and implementing a new FP&A tech stack
Automating workflows with AI-driven solutions
Supporting quarterly OKRs and strategic initiatives
What You’ll Bring

5–10 years of FP&A experience (software, investment banking, or VC preferred)
Strong skills in SQL and Apps Script
Expertise in financial statement modeling & GAAP accounting
Advanced Google Sheets functions and spreadsheet modeling
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge assumptions
A self-starter mindset with attention to detail
Passion for AI-based automation and process optimization
