Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments
Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates locally
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Maintain recruitment databases and prepare weekly reports
Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies
Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
Candidate Requirements
Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
Strong knowledge of local hiring practices in Qatar
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
