Job Overview
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth business performance. You will play a key role in maintaining brand standards, controlling costs, and achieving sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned stores or business units

- Recruit, train, and develop store-level employees
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback

Financial & Operational Control
- Monitor budgets and operational costs

Qualifications Required
