Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital) as per company standards
- Ensure documentation complies with Qatar Labor Law and internal audit requirements
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, warnings, and termination letters
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution professionally
- Support employee engagement activities and HR awareness sessions
Payroll, Attendance & Government Relations
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, overtime, and shift schedules
- Validate payroll inputs including deductions, attendance records, and new joiners
- Coordinate with finance and payroll teams for accurate salary processing
PRO & Government Coordination
- Work closely with PRO/Government Relations for:
- Visa processing and renewals
- Work permits and medical tests
- QID issuance, renewals, and cancellations
- Ensure timely compliance with all labor and immigration requirements in Qatar
Performance Management & Training Support
Performance & Probation Reviews
- Assist in probation evaluations, confirmations, and performance appraisals
- Maintain performance documentation and follow appraisal timelines
Training & HR Reporting
- Organize HR induction programs and policy orientation sessions
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Prepare HR reports such as:
- Headcount reports
- Employee turnover analysis
