Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position is designed for a talented business development professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. You'll be responsible for identifying untapped business opportunities, conducting comprehensive market research, and cultivating strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day activities will include:
• Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the legal services market, focusing on sustainable growth strategies
• Market Research: Leading comprehensive research initiatives to understand market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients through excellent communication and customer service

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
• Language Skills: Complete fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken communication)
•Gender Requirement: This position is exclusively for female candidates
•Location Requirement: Candidate must currently be based in Qatar or willing to relocate to Lusail, Qatar
