Role Purpose
The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales of Travelex products. The role requires accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work confidently with cash transactions and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Customer Service & Sales
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Promote Travelex products through upselling and cross-selling
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
Operations & Compliance
Follow all sales procedures and ensure transaction accuracy
Handle foreign currency exchange transactions efficiently
Identify and report suspicious or high-risk transactions
Manage cash, tills, and stock accurately
Store Standards & Teamwork
Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit, and legal requirements
Complete mandatory training programs
Support team members and contribute to overall store success
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good numerical ability and attention to detail
Comfortable using computer systems and POS software
Ability to work under pressure in a retail environment
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and different locations
Language Skills
