About the Financial Advisory Role
As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of financial advisory and transaction-related engagements. The role provides direct exposure to complex assignments and close interaction with senior leadership and clients.
This position is ideal for professionals seeking to build strong expertise in corporate finance, valuation, and investment analysis within a reputable global firm.
Key Responsibilities
Valuation & Financial Modeling
Perform business and equity valuations using accepted valuation methodologies
Develop financial assumptions and build robust financial models
Analyze value drivers and prepare valuation reports
Financial Due Diligence
Conduct financial due diligence reviews
Analyze historical financial performance and quality of earnings
Assess working capital trends, cash flows, and key financial risks
Feasibility Studies
Prepare commercial feasibility studies, including market and demand analysis
Support technical feasibility assessments based on operating and cost assumptions
Deliver financial feasibility analysis with integrated financial models, sensitivity analysis, and funding structures
Business Planning & Transaction Support
Develop detailed business plans and financial projections
Assist in transaction execution, including data analysis and documentation
Prepare professional, client-ready presentations and reports
Collaboration & Analysis
Analyze financial statements to identify risks and opportunities
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business
MBA from a reputed institution (preferred)
Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA are a strong advantage
CFA Level II or above or valuation certifications (CBV, ASA, CVA) are an added plus
Experience & Skills
2–5 years of relevant experience in:
Financial advisory
Corporate finance
Valuation or transaction advisory
Feasibility studies or corporate development
Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
