Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated electrical engineer to join our engineering division. This role is central to designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems for bus operations. You will contribute to projects that enhance safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards while supporting innovation in sustainable transport.

Key Responsibilities
Electrical System Design & Development
Assist in designing electrical systems for bus operations with a focus on safety and reliability.
Prepare electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications.
Conduct site surveys to evaluate infrastructure requirements and recommend upgrades.
Project Management & Coordination
Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Reliability
Develop proactive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
Use IoT and data analytics to optimize system performance.
Electrical Safety, Compliance & Innovation
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
Conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
Research and apply emerging technologies to improve efficiency and sustainability.
Data Analytics, Testing & Commissioning
Analyze smart system data to enhance electric bus operations.
Support testing and commissioning of charging infrastructure and electric buses.
Document asset performance and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum GPA 3.0).
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
