About the Role
The Corporate Development Analyst plays a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic investment opportunities that drive long-term growth. This role works across financial modeling, due diligence, market analysis, and transaction execution.
You will serve as a key contributor to executive decision-making and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Modeling & Valuation

Build complex financial models to assess potential acquisitions and investments.

Run scenario-based forecasts to evaluate financial outcomes.

Perform valuation analysis using DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.

Identify financial risks, patterns, and key metrics.
2. Market Research & Due Diligence

Conduct operational, financial, and commercial due diligence on target companies.

Research industry trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic indicators.

Highlight growth opportunities and associated risks.

Prepare due diligence reports for senior leadership.
3. Transaction & Deal Support

Develop pitchbooks and strategic presentations for executive teams and board members.

Collaborate with legal, commercial, and finance teams to manage deal execution.

Coordinate timelines and ensure accurate documentation of transaction phases.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy throughout every step.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and performance indicators.

Present findings in clear, concise formats for decision-makers.

Support dashboards and data-driven insights to guide strategic choices.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

MBA or CFA certification is highly preferred.
Experience

10+ years in corporate development, M&A, private equity, or investment banking.

Proven expertise in building and interpreting advanced financial models.

Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques.
Skills
