Key Responsibilities
As a Client Manager, you will play a central role in driving exceptional service delivery across the Middle East market. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of account/client management experience in insurance or banking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau (highly desirable)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
