MOORE Qatar is currently hiring an experienced Senior Manager – Financial Advisory to join their expanding financial consulting division. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in financial strategy, valuations, transaction advisory, feasibility studies, and restructuring. The selected candidate will work closely with top clients, deliver high-impact advisory solutions, and lead multiple project teams across diverse industries.
About the Role
The senior manager will be responsible for driving advisory engagements, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will work with senior stakeholders, investors, and project teams, contributing to strategic decision-making through financial analysis and industry insights.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Engagement Management

Lead and manage financial advisory engagements (valuations, due diligence, feasibility studies, M&A support, restructuring).

Act as the primary client contact to ensure excellent service delivery and satisfaction.

Handle multiple assignments at once and ensure timely project completion.
Team Leadership & Development

Mentor, guide, and develop junior team members.

Oversee coaching, performance reviews, and training initiatives.

Allocate team resources effectively across projects.
Business Development

Identify new opportunities within financial advisory services.
-
Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and advisory reports for clients.
Technical & Strategic Contribution

Apply strong knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, market research, and valuation techniques.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal methodologies.

Contribute to internal thought leadership and knowledge-sharing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business; master’s degree preferred.

Professional certifications such as FMVA, CFA, CPA, and ACA are preferred.

8–10 years of experience in:

Financial advisory
-
Investment banking
-
Transaction services
-
Corporate finance
-

Proven experience managing advisory engagements and leading teams.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

PMP certification is an advantage.

Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
Preferred Experience

Work experience in the GCC or MENA region.

Exposure to multinational clients and cross-border transactions.

Familiarity with Qatar’s regulatory environment (QFMA, Qatar Central Bank).
