Job Description
This responsibility is a project-based finance role, so good experience in handling the entire accounting cycle is necessary.
Key functions to consider:
Preparation of cost reports & profit/loss statements for each project
Budget vs. actual calculation and analysis of the difference
Payables, receivables, and General Ledger maintenance
Bank reconciliation, cash flow plans, loan facility updates
Fixed assets , depreciation entry, IFRS 16 lease compliance
Invoice verification, cost allocation, month-end closing
Preparing valuable financial reports in collaboration with the project team
Preparing accounts & documents required for audit
Qualification & Experience
Degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA/CPA is an added advantage)
8–12 years of industry experience—especially a Construction or fit-out background—would be helpful
Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, Focus, Odoo
Analysis, reporting, problem-solving, and deadline management skills should be good.
Accurate accounting and accountability are essential
