Company Complete Recruitment Process Integrate End-to-End Recruitment and select the right candidates.
ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and AI Recruitment Tools Managing candidate data using.
Employees Job Information and HR Database Maintaining the.
Participating in employee training, evaluation and promotion processes.
Effective communication between management and employees.
HR Policies, Leave Management, Employee Relations, Payroll Participating in things like that.
Presenting human resources plans for the company's development.
Qualifications & Experience:
At least 2 years of experience– Experience working in the Oil & Gas / Construction / Technology sector is a must.
Experience working in GCC countries (Gulf Countries) is essential.
Bachelors / Masters Degree in HR Management Must have.
Good speaking and writing skills in English are essential.
Family / Husband Sponsored Qatar Resident / Transferable Visa Those who have can apply.
