* Month-End Closing: Oversee the monthly closing process, manage account Reconciliations, and perform comprehensive financial analysis.
* Budget & Tax Management: Prepare company budgets, monitor financial performance, and assist in maximizing tax benefits.
* Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal and external auditors, as well as the company's management teams.
* Qatar Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with Qatari tax laws and international accounting standards.
The Ideal Candidate (What We Look For):
We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented professional who is ready to tackle challenges and deliver results in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.
* Experience: 4 to 6 years of proven experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with specific experience in the Retail or Trading sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong experience using ERP Systems and mandatory Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Soft Skills: Excellent Analytical skills and clear, assertive Communication skills are a must.
