Job Opportunity: Operations Reporting & Quality Assurance Associate
Lesha Bank is searching for a seasoned professional to join our Operations Unit. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, governance, and quality assurance of business‑critical reports generated from T24 (Temenos), SAP, and other systems. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between Operations, IT, and Business Units, ensuring seamless reporting, testing, and compliance with client standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve reports: Oversee daily and periodic client and operational reports generated from T24 and SAP.
Validate and reconcile data: Ensure accuracy by cross-checking operational systems and reports, identifying gaps or anomalies.
Coordinate with IT: Work closely with IT teams to resolve data issues and ensure timely fixes.
Monitor exceptions: Track discrepancies or delays in reporting and escalate issues promptly.
Analyze error patterns: Collaborate with IT to address recurring report issues and strengthen processes.
Implement controls: Reduce risks related to report failures, mismatches, or delays.
Lead operational testing: Define test scenarios, validation checkpoints, and acceptance criteria for reports and system changes.
Own UAT responsibilities: Manage end‑to‑end testing for T24, reports, and other systems.
Maintain documentation: Create SOPs, logs, and test evidence for all reporting validation and testing processes.
Drive automation: Identify opportunities to enhance report quality assurance through automation and standardization.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Business Administration (Banking & Finance) or equivalent.
10+ years of banking operations with expertise in reporting, testing, and reconciliations.
Hands‑on experience with Power BI, T24 (Temenos), and SAP reporting engines.
Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, index, match, and macros.
Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management: Proven ability to work across IT, business, and Sharia compliance.
Client reporting standards expertise in a banking environment.
