Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally and QuickBooks
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely data entry
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Monitor inventory-related expenses, including spare parts purchases
- Prepare financial reports as required by the management
- Assist with budgeting and cost-control activities
- Coordinate with procurement and store teams for updated inventory data

- Manage invoices, receipts, petty cash, and monthly closing activities
- Work independently and multitask effectively to meet deadlines
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a Garage or Automotive industry
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and QuickBooks
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience in handling multiple accounting tasks simultaneously
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to monitor expenses and maintain accurate inventory cost records
- Must be dependable, hardworking, and committed to meeting deadlines
