Key Responsibilities

Handle daily bookkeeping activities

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Perform bank and account reconciliations

Process inter-company transactions

Support shared cost allocations

Maintain accurate and updated financial records

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

✔️ 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting

✔️ Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel

✔️ Ability to manage daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR

✔️ Experience with inter-company transactions and shared cost allocations
