Job Description
The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) function of the organization. This position is responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing insights that help management make informed business decisions.
The selected candidate will work closely with finance teams and operational departments to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with company objectives. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Analyze monthly financial results and identify variances against budgets
- Develop and improve financial dashboards using Power BI and Excel
