Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day cyber insurance client communication
Handle client queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required
Maintain smooth information flow between clients, insurers, and internal teams
Cyber Insurance Expertise
Develop in-depth knowledge of cyber insurance products and cyber risk frameworks
Clearly explain cyber coverage, policy terms, and risk mitigation strategies to clients
Support corporate clients and risk management teams with tailored cyber solutions
Collaboration & Business Support
Work closely with Marsh’s DIFC-based Cyber team to secure competitive insurance terms
Support sales initiatives by presenting cyber insurance solutions to prospects
Assist in onboarding new clients and managing the full policy lifecycle
Training & Market Awareness
Help organize internal workshops and external client events
Promote awareness of cyber threats, data protection risks, and insurance solutions
Support strategic initiatives focused on the corporate client segment
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
Mandatory experience in insurance broking
Experience in Cyber Insurance placement is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Client-focused mindset with attention to detail
Analytical thinking and willingness to continuously learn
