Job Description
As a Bookkeeping Support Specialist, you will act as the primary point of contact for small business customers using Layer’s bookkeeping services. This role blends customer support, onboarding, and bookkeeping knowledge into one impactful position.
You will help new customers set up their accounts, guide them through financial connections, and provide ongoing assistance through chat, email, and live video calls. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of Layer’s accounting platform.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live video onboarding sessions with new customers to understand their business operations
