Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Corporate Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients
- Identify client learning needs and propose custom executive education programs
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and pricing models
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior stakeholders
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
- Attend networking events, corporate functions, and program ceremonies
- Monitor revenue targets, forecasts, and program profitability
- Work closely with senior leadership on pricing and financial planning
Program Development & Client Management
- Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to design impactful learning programs
- Ensure alignment between client objectives and learning outcomes
- Coordinate with operations on program schedules, faculty selection, and materials
- Manage smooth handover from sales to program delivery
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement
- Collect client feedback and continuously improve program offerings
- Introduce innovative learning solutions to meet evolving corporate needs
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education
- Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience
- Strong background in business development, consulting, sales, or executive education
- Experience in corporate training, leadership development, or L&D preferred
- Prior exposure to GCC markets is an advantage
