Salary Range: $82,000 – $85,000 per year
Additional Compensation: Annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) employer contribution, comprehensive benefits package
Key Responsibilities
Calculate and track commissions, bonuses, and 401(k) contributions with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare journal entries for payroll activity, commissions, and bonus accruals across global operations.
Reconcile payroll‑related general ledger accounts with payroll reports and insurance invoices.
Maintain and prepare analyses related to compensation data for the Controller and stakeholders.
Provide training on commission processes and answer employee questions regarding calculations.
Deliver accurate documentation for auditors, tax authorities, and service providers.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting.
Qualifications You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA certification is a plus).
4+ years of experience in compensation‑focused accounting.
Proficiency in Excel, BI 360, MS Dynamics GP; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Project management capabilities and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
