Job Summary – HR Officer (F&B Industry)
As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations across multiple F&B outlets. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Qatar Labor Law, supporting employees, coordinating with management, and maintaining smooth HR processes in a high-volume operational setting.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in hospitality HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
Manage daily HR operations for F&B outlets
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently
Ensure timely updating of employee files and contracts
Qatar Labor Law Compliance
Ensure all HR practices comply with Qatar Labor Law
Manage employee contracts, renewals, and terminations
Handle disciplinary procedures and employee relations professionally
Support audits and inspections when required
Payroll & Coordination
Coordinate HR data with payroll teams
Ensure attendance, leave, and overtime records are accurate
Support salary processing and employee benefits administration
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries
Support conflict resolution and grievance handling
Promote a positive workplace culture within outlets
Required Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Officer in F&B or Hospitality industry
Strong working knowledge of Qatar Labor Law
Experience handling multi-outlet or high-volume environments
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
