What You’ll Be Doing
As a Payroll Specialist at Snoonu, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and employee satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Collecting, validating, and organizing reports from stakeholders.
Assisting in calculating and verifying monthly payroll files.
Handling adjustments, bonuses, and deductions with proper approvals.
Coordinating with HR and Operations to process payroll on time.
Maintaining accurate documentation for audits and compliance.
Processing final settlements and leave encashments with timely disbursal.
Addressing payroll‑related queries with a proactive, customer‑focused approach.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA (preferred but not mandatory) are a plus.
- Solid understanding of payroll laws, labor regulations, and accounting principles relevant to Qatar.
What You Bring to the Table
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Strong understanding of payroll processes and calculations.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and handling large data sets.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data validation.
Strong communication and coordination skills for follow‑ups.
Ability to manage multiple payroll tasks under tight deadlines.
Basic knowledge of employee benefits, leave management, and allowances.
Bonus Skills That Set You Apart
Experience coordinating with Treasury for timely salary payments.
Ability to prepare SIF files for payment processing.
Tracking payments and maintaining payroll databases efficiently.
