Internal Audit Manager Job in Qatar – Role Summary
Snoonu is currently hiring a highly skilled Internal Audit Manager to lead its internal audit function. This strategic role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and plays a vital part in strengthening financial discipline, operational efficiency, and compliance across the organization.
This position goes beyond traditional auditing. It focuses on risk management, operational audits, logistics controls, warehouse and dark store reviews, and continuous process improvement aligned with international internal audit standards (IIA).
Key Responsibilities of an Internal Audit Manager
Risk-Based Audit Leadership
Design and implement a comprehensive internal audit plan covering financial, operational, and compliance risks.
Identify potential risk areas across departments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Operational & Logistics Audits
Conduct audits across dark stores, warehouses, procurement processes, inventory controls, and last-mile delivery operations.
Evaluate efficiency, accuracy, and cost controls within logistics and supply chain workflows.
Controls, Compliance & Governance
Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Review fraud risks and identify early warning indicators.
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

Prepare clear, actionable audit reports for the CFO and senior leadership.

Work closely with department heads to close audit findings and monitor corrective actions.
External Coordination
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required.
Support management during audits and compliance reviews.
Internal Audit Manager Qualifications & Skills Required
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications preferred: CPA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA.
Experience
4–6 years of experience in internal or external audit.
Exposure to Big Four audit firms or large international organizations is a strong advantage.
Experience in retail, logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce audits is highly valued.
Technical & Soft Skills
Strong knowledge of financial processes, ERP systems, and internal controls.
Excellent analytical thinking, report writing, and communication skills.
High ethical standards with the ability to work independently.
Experience with Odoo ERP is a plus.
