We are now hiring a Contracts Analyst to join the team and support the NFXP Offshore Project. This is a long‑term opportunity with excellent benefits, designed for experienced professionals who want to contribute to one of the most significant LNG projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities
As a Contracts Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Contracts Head and Leads in all post‑award activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of formal correspondences such as letters, change orders, variations, claims, and insurance/guarantee administration.
- Arranging, recording, and minuting biweekly contract/change meetings.
- Providing day‑to‑day contract administration support to the NFXP Projects team.
- Ensuring contract registers are updated and maintained at all times.
- Reviewing and issuing contractual correspondence through DocuSign.
- Supporting compliance with international business standards, best practices, and methodologies.
- Utilizing dashboards, data analytics, SAP, and other relevant software tools to manage contracts effectively.
- Collaborating with large‑scale integrated organizations, including operations, projects, and subsurface teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: business, accounting, quantity surveying, commerce, marketing, sciences, engineering, project management, supply chain management, law, communication, technologies, mathematics, or statistics.
- 10 years of experience working with oil & gas companies, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, or service providers in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and post‑award processes.
- Familiarity with international business standards and methodologies.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as SAP, dashboards, and data analytics.
- Experience supporting large, integrated organizations.
