Information Security Officer Job Description
ABNIC is currently expanding its cybersecurity and compliance division and is seeking an experienced Information Security Officer (ISO) to lead security governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Information Security Officer
Security Governance & Compliance
Lead the organization’s information security governance framework.
Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory standards such as CBUAE ISR, SIA/NESA, ADHICS, DHA, PDPL, and relevant ISO standards.
Maintain audit readiness and regulatory reporting at all times.
Policy Development & Documentation
Develop, review, and update information security policies, procedures, and standards.
Ensure security documentation is clear, current, and effectively communicated across all departments.
Risk Management & Incident Handling
Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability reviews.
Manage information security incidents, investigations, and corrective action plans.

Ensure security controls support organizational risk appetite and operational efficiency.
Training & Awareness

Mandatory Qualifications
