Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager/Manager—Financial Advisory to strengthen our advisory practice. This is a dynamic role where you will work closely with senior leadership, manage high‑impact engagements, and deliver insights that shape critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
As an assistant manager/manager in financial advisory, you will:
Lead and review complex financial models and analytical frameworks.
Perform business valuations using DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions methodologies.
Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
Analyze company performance, risks, and growth opportunities to support decision‑making.
Develop budgets, forecasts, feasibility studies, and business plans tailored to client needs.
Drive market research, competitive analysis, and demand forecasting for diverse industries.
Support strategic assessments using SWOT, PESTEL, and Porter’s Five Forces.
Mentor and manage junior team members while ensuring delivery of high‑quality advisory services.
Professional Experience
Candidates should demonstrate hands‑on expertise in at least three of the following areas:
Business Valuations
M&A Transactions
Financial Due Diligence
Financial Modeling
Feasibility Studies & Business Plans
Market Research
Financial Performance Management & Restructuring
Key Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for professionals who bring both technical expertise and leadership qualities:
6–8 years of experience in financial advisory or related roles.
Strong command of Excel‑based financial modeling.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or MBA (finance).
CFA or CMA certification (preferred or in progress).
Fluency in Arabic and English (Arabic candidates highly preferable).
