Job Overview – Accounts Associate / Operations Associate (Qatar)
The Accounts Associate / Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting store operations, reporting, stock control, and cash office functions. This position ensures smooth daily operations by maintaining accurate data, financial records, and operational compliance.
This role is ideal for candidates with retail operations experience, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work with MIS reports, SAP systems, and stock management tools.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
MIS & Reporting
Prepare and maintain accurate store MIS and sales reports
Ensure timely submission of operational data to senior administration
Maintain staff and operational records for easy access and audit readiness
Stock Control & Store Operations
Conduct routine stock accuracy checks
Record warehouse receipts, store transfers, and return-to-warehouse (RTW)
Coordinate with commercial and regional operations teams
Cash Office & Financial Control
Daily reconciliation of store sales and cash reports
Manage petty cash and safe fund tallies
Handle credit card and banking reconciliations
Verify supplier invoices and follow up on pending payments
Admin & HR Coordination
Liaise with HR and regional offices
Arrange induction training for new employees
Support administrative planning and scheduling
Store Administration
Order and manage store stationery and admin supplies
Ensure system accuracy for all operational entries
