Job Description:
The person joining this job,
O&M operations, maintenance activities
Technical reports, method statements, submittals
Site coordination with consultants & contractors
Procurement, material follow-ups, and project documentation
Take full responsibility until final handover documentation.
Qualifications:
✅ Civil Engineering – Bachelor's Degree
✅ At least 5+ years of experience in infrastructure/water/pipeline projects
✅ Good introduction to O&M procedures, QA/QC, and documentation
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, site coordination

Key features of the job: A leadership role in the process
The person joining this important technical civil engineer position will play a key role in ensuring the success of the company's O&M projects. Your duties will span from project inception to final handover and will include the following responsibilities:
O&M Supervision: Planning, supervising operational and maintenance activities, and managing daily operations.
Technical Documentation: Prepare and submit technical reports, method statements, and all required submittals accurately and to a high standard.
Site Coordination: Smoothly coordinate site work with consultants and contractors to ensure project goals are achieved on time.
Material Management: Supporting the procurement process, material follow-ups, and properly maintaining essential project documentation.
Project Final Handover: Taking full responsibility for the project documentation, including Final Handover Documentation, up to and including final certifications.
Qualifications you must have
To join our team, you must have the following basic and experience qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of operational experience in infrastructure/water/pipeline projects is mandatory.
Technical Knowledge: Must have good familiarity with O&M procedures, QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Control) processes, and project documentation.
Soft Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word), and efficient site coordination.
Location & Connectivity: Must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and available to work immediately.
