The Senior Technical Service Specialist (Remote) will act as the primary technical point of contact for customers within a defined region. You will work from home while managing scheduling, documentation, troubleshooting calls, customer communication, and virtual support.
Although the job is remote, you may occasionally travel for critical customer visits or scheduled maintenance, depending on your assigned territory.
A Day in the Life (Remote Role)
As a remote senior technical service specialist, you will be responsible for supporting customer needs through online coordination, virtual technical guidance, and scheduled field tasks.
You will conduct troubleshooting sessions, review customer-reported issues, help guide repair processes, and maintain strong communication with hospitals, clinics, and medical teams—all from your remote workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Remote Technical Support

Provide virtual troubleshooting and guidance for equipment-related issues

Support customers with installation instructions, setup help, and remote diagnostics

Coordinate any necessary on-site visits and ensure smooth service delivery

Customer Relationship Management

Remote Documentation & Reporting

Coordination & Continuous Learning

Must-Have Qualifications
To qualify for the remote Senior Technical Service Specialist role, candidates must have:

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience
OR -
Associate degree with 6+ years of experience
OR -
Vocational/Trade certification with 8+ years of experience
Additional Requirements:

Ability to manage remote work independently
