We are currently hiring a Senior Procurement Officer for one of our hospitality projects in Doha, Qatar. This is a great opportunity for professionals who have strong experience in OS&E, kitchen equipment, tableware, vendor management, and purchasing operations.
This role requires a candidate who is currently in Qatar, holds a valid QID, and is available to join immediately. If you are skilled in sourcing, negotiation, and procurement coordination, this position could be the perfect fit for you.
Job Description – What You Will Do
We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Senior Procurement Officer who can independently manage procurement and sourcing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the best suppliers, competitive pricing, and on-time material delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle end-to-end procurement operations for OS&E, tableware, kitchen items, and hospitality equipment
✅ Source, review, and evaluate suppliers to ensure product quality and cost efficiency
✅ Raise purchase orders, maintain supplier contracts, and process documentation
✅ Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendors
✅ Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials
✅ Coordinate with the finance, warehouse, and operations team for seamless supply
✅ Update and maintain supplier databases and purchase records
✅ Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and standards
✅ Experience in SAP ERP will be a strong advantage
Candidate Requirements
✔ Must have a valid QID
✔ Must be currently based inside Qatar
✔ Ready to join immediately
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience
✔ Experience in OS&E, kitchen equipment, and tableware is highly preferred
✔ Background in hospitality and hotel supplies is a plus
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
✔ Familiarity with SAP ERP is an added advantage
